采用大型结构有限元分析软件ALGORFEAS系统,对桑塔纳2000型轿车的前悬架结构进行了较完整的静态和动态强度分析,获得了在各典型工况下的结构强度分布规律及动态特性,从而对所研究的前悬架提出了改进措施,为整车分析和自行设计前悬架以及对复杂结构进行有限元分析提供了必要的参数和依据。
The structure of front suspension of Santana 2000 sedan was analyzed by static and dynamic strength using the large-scale structural finite element analysis software ALGORFEAS. The structural strength distribution and dynamic characteristics under each typical working condition were obtained, The research on the front suspension puts forward the improvement measures to provide the necessary parameters and basis for the vehicle analysis and the design of the front suspension and the finite element analysis of the complex structure.
