通过S型曲线预应力连续箱梁桥的现场原型试验 ,实测了多种线型的预应力钢索预应力摩擦损失值 ,确定了局部偏差影响系数k和预应力钢索与管道壁的摩擦系数 μ的取值 ,建议了空间多曲线型预应力钢索的预应力摩擦损失的计算模式。在正式张拉阶段 ,现场实测了部分空间多曲线型钢索的预应力摩擦损失 ,对施工过程中钢索的预应力是否达到设计要求进行监控。同时 ,实测结果验证了本文提出的空间多曲线型预应力钢索预应力摩擦损失的计算模式和计算参数取值的合理性
Through the field prototype test of prestressed continuous girder bridge with S-shaped curve, the prestressed friction loss values of various linear prestressed steel cables were measured, and the influence coefficient of local deviation k and the friction coefficient between prestressed steel cables and pipe wall μ, the calculation mode of the prestressing friction loss of space multi-curve prestressing steel cable is proposed. During the formal tensioning stage, the prestress frictional loss of some space multi-curve steel cables was measured on site, and the prestressing force of steel cables during the construction process was monitored. At the same time, the measured results verify the calculation model of prestressing friction loss of space multi-curve prestressed cable and the rationality of calculation parameters
