会议开始时,吴之乃同志对十年监督工作做了全面总结,充分肯定了监督工作十年来取得的成绩,并提出了今后的工作目标和要求,对此我十分赞同。会上还表彰了117名“建设部工程质量监督师”,518名“优秀建设工程质量监督员”和70名“优秀建设工程质量检测员”,在此,我代表建筑业司和建设监理司向他们表示热烈的祝贺。下面我讲几点意见,供同志们参考。 At the beginning of the meeting, Comrade Wu Zhinai made a comprehensive summary of the supervision work during the ten years, fully affirmed the achievements of the supervision work in the past ten years, and proposed future work goals and requirements. The conference also commended 117 “Engineering Quality Supervisors of the Ministry of Construction”, 518 “Excellent Construction Project Quality Supervisors” and 70 “Excellent Construction Project Quality Inspectors”. Here, I represent the Construction Industry Department and the Construction Supervision Department. Express warm congratulations to them. I will make a few comments below for reference by comrades.
