为贯彻落实党的十八大关于优先推进西部大开发的战略部署,加快西部地区基础设施建设和特色优势产业发展,改善群众生产生活条件。国家发改委公告:2014年将全力推进西部大开发不断迈向深入,同时开展西部大开发“十三五”规划前期研究,加快推进交通、水利等重点基础设施建设。随着政策红利逐步释放,未来几年国家重点建设调整到工业化、新型城镇化建设上,西部作为主战场将带动新一轮的投资热,建筑企业将迎来新一轮的战略发展机遇。当前,西部大开发战略实施进入第二阶段。在这个关键时期,中东部企业进军西部建筑市场,在分享巨大市场蛋糕的同时,也将面临政策、技术、资金、人才等多方面的挑战,需要权衡多方因素,不可贸然突进。
