运送热铸件的鳞板输送带出现故障是影响造型线正常生产的重要原因之一。在实际生产中,我厂发现产生故障的主要原因是冒口、浇口等残块卡在鳞板的节接处使之无法运转。由于鳞板输送带长,又处在光线暗,环境差的地下工作,因此,常不易被操作人员发现。此时,驱动电机和传动皮带仍然继续运转,导致摩擦发热烧毁皮带,烧坏电机,增大了减速器的磨损,甚至因此而引起火灾,给工厂带来不应有的巨大损失。
