第一条为了加强各级工会送温暖工程资金的管理,规范送温暖工程资金的会计核算,根据《中华人民共和国会计法》、《会计基础工作规范》、《困难职工帮扶中心专项资金管理办法》(财建[2006]468号)、《中华全国总工会送温暖工程资金管理使用办法》(总工发[2006]54号)和《安徽省工会送温暖工程资金管理办法》有关规定,制定本核算办法。
