本文介绍冷冻疗法治疗子宫颈炎315例,外阴“白斑”71例,宫颈原位癌18例以及外阴血管瘤等21例的临床资料、治疗方法及其效果,并对本法治疗上述病种的优缺点作了初步评价。本法可彻底治愈轻度和中度子宫颈糜烂,但探头的合适与否会影响疗效;对宫颈原位癌,尤其对有手术禁忌症的患者,冷冻有一定的价值;对外阴白斑,虽大多数冷冻后再生的新皮不再瘙痒,但其疗效不太理想;对外阴血管瘤及外阴湿疣,技术操作方便,效果也好,值得推广。
