针对某厂房钢屋架倒塌事故,首先,进行事故现场的调查,采用SAP2000有限元软件对结构承载力进行校核;然后,从设计和施工两个方面对其坍塌的原因进行详细地分析和判断;最后,给出结论和建议,同时提出了处理方法。结果表明:该工程在设计和施工上均存在多处违规操作,各种缺陷累积、交织导致了事故的发生。因此,在工程建设中,只有建立完善的施工监管体系,严格按照国家工程有关规范和标准进行设计、施工,才能有效提高工程质量水平,避免工程事故的发生。
Aiming at the accident of the steel roof truss collapsing in a factory, firstly, the scene of the accident was investigated and the structure carrying capacity was checked by SAP2000 finite element software; then, the cause of collapse was analyzed and judged in detail from the aspects of design and construction; Finally, the conclusions and recommendations are given, along with the solutions. The results show that there are many irregularities in the design and construction of the project, and all kinds of defects accumulate, causing the accident to occur. Therefore, in the construction of the project, only by establishing and perfecting the construction supervision system and strictly carrying out the design and construction in accordance with the relevant national codes and standards can we effectively improve the quality of the project and avoid the occurrence of engineering accidents.
