研究三聚氰胺(ME)、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯(TCPP)和三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐(MPP)3种阻燃剂通过单独添加、两两复配添加和3种共同添加对制得的新型水性阻燃聚氨酯(WPU)胶粘剂的阻燃性能及力学性能的影响,进行了阻燃和力学性能测试。实验结果表明:3种阻燃剂复配制得的新型水性阻燃WPU胶粘剂性能最佳,ME、TCPP和MPP添加量分别为15%(wt,质量分数,下同)、15%、25%制得的新型水性阻燃WPU胶粘剂的续燃时间为0s、阴燃时间为0s、断裂伸长率为15.1%、拉伸强度为13.7MPa。
Three kinds of flame retardants, melamine (ME), tris (2-chloropropyl) phosphate (TCPP) and melamine pyrophosphate (MPP), were prepared by adding three kinds of flame retardants separately, Flame Retardant and Mechanical Properties of New Waterborne Flame Retardant Polyurethane (WPU) Adhesives. Flame retardant and mechanical properties were tested. The experimental results show that the new water-based fire-retardant WPU adhesive prepared by the combination of three kinds of flame retardants has the best performance. The addition amounts of ME, TCPP and MPP are 15% (wt, mass fraction, the same below), 15% and 25% The new water-based fire-retardant WPU adhesive aftertreatment time 0s, smoldering time 0s, elongation at break of 15.1%, tensile strength of 13.7MPa.
