目的观察心肌酶在脑出血患者与心肌梗死患者中变化的异同。方法40例脑出血患者及30例心肌梗死患者入院时及入院后每天测量1次肌酸激酶(CK)及肌酸肌酶同工酶(CK-MB),直至达到正常范围或者死亡。结果40例脑出血患者与30例心肌梗死患者肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)均增高,但在升高时间、峰值、持续时间及CK-MB/CK比值差异有统计学意义。结论认识到心肌酶在脑出血与心肌梗死中变化之异同,有助于临床诊治。
Objective To observe the changes of myocardial enzymes in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and myocardial infarction. Methods 40 cases of cerebral hemorrhage and 30 cases of myocardial infarction were measured creatine kinase (CK) and creatine kinase (CK-MB) every day after admission and until the normal range or death was reached. Results The creatine kinase (CK) and creatine kinase MB (CK-MB) were increased in 40 patients with ICH and 30 patients with AMI, but the time, peak, duration and CK-MB / The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The recognition of the similarities and differences between myocardial enzymes in cerebral hemorrhage and myocardial infarction is helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
