利用自制的三体腐蚀磨损试验机研究了25CrMnSi钢在不同水砂比和砂种类下的三体磨料磨损性能。结果表明,随着水砂比例增大,在砂土混合磨料中25CrMnSi钢的耐磨性先降低后升高,当水砂比例为1∶10时耐磨性降到最低。而在纯石英砂磨料中则耐磨性逐渐增大,且在石英砂中的耐磨性高于砂土混合磨料。磨损机理表现为显微切削和塑变疲劳剥落。
The three-body abrasive wear behavior of 25CrMnSi steel with different water-sand ratio and sand type was studied by using self-made three-body corrosion wear tester. The results show that the wear resistance of 25CrMnSi steel first decreases and then increases with the increasing proportion of water sand, and the wear resistance decreases to the lowest when the proportion of water sand is 1:10. In pure quartz sand abrasives, the wear resistance increases gradually, and the wear resistance of quartz sand is higher than sand mixed abrasive. Wear mechanism manifested as micro-cutting and plastic deformation fatigue spalling.
