建立了高效液相色谱法测定纺织品中米氏酮和米氏碱含量的方法。采用甲醇超声提取样品,选用C18色谱柱分离,流动相为甲醇/水(90∶10,v/v),检测波长为260 nm和370 nm。结果表明,该方法的平均回收率为85.6%~110.8%,相对标准偏差小于10%,方法检出限为0.8 mg/kg,定量限为3 mg/kg。本方法操作简单可靠,适用于纺织品中米氏酮和米氏碱的日常检测。 A method was established for the determination of Misc and Mie base in textiles by high performance liquid chromatography. Samples were extracted with methanol and separated on a C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol / water (90:10, v / v) and the detection wavelength was 260 nm and 370 nm. The results showed that the average recovery of this method was 85.6% ~ 110.8%, the relative standard deviation was less than 10%. The detection limit was 0.8 mg / kg and the limit of quantification was 3 mg / kg. The method has the advantages of simple and reliable operation, and is suitable for daily testing of Misc and Mie base in textiles.
