我国基础教育正从“知识本位”向“核心素养”转型,“核心素养”凸显了学校教育的根本目的和课程教学的改革方向,也是个人发展的关键素养,具有跨学科和综合性两大特点。如何做到知识、能力、态度的统一与超越?如何实现跨学科的综合型、创新型人才培养?本文将结合重庆实际情况,以核心素养为研究视域,就重庆市近年来探索培养创新人才的基本培养模式、组织管理体系和过程性评价方式等进行探讨和总结。
