多少年来国际反动势力经常打着“维护人权”的旗号诬蔑我国政府“侵犯人权。”近些年国内那些搞资产阶级自由化的人也一再以“争取人权”为口号蛊惑人心,煽动政治风波。许多青年学生由于对人权问题的认识极其肤浅、幼稚,很容易成为他们的俘虏。因此,我们有必要对人权问题进行深入研究。本文拟就人权的本质,人权与人民民主专政的关系,应当沿着什么方向发展和实现人权等问题,对国际反动派和国内资产阶级自由化思潮在人权问题上制造的混乱作一回答。
Over the years, the international reactionary forces have often labeled “our government” and “human rights violations” in the name of “safeguarding human rights.” In recent years, those people engaged in bourgeois liberalization in China have repeatedly deluded themselves from the slogan of “fighting for human rights.” People's hearts, inciting political turmoil. Many young students easily become prisoners because of their superficial and naive understanding of human rights issues. Therefore, it is necessary for us to conduct an in-depth study on the human rights issue. This article intends to answer questions about the chaos created by the international reactionaries and the trend of bourgeois liberalization on the issue of human rights in China on the nature of human rights, the relationship between human rights and the people's democratic dictatorship, and the direction in which human rights should be developed and implemented.
