液力变矩器泵轮铸态机械性能达不到使用要求,为提高其机械性能需要对其进行适当热处理。YJSW315型双涡轮液力变矩器泵轮,其材质为ZAlSi9Mg合金,铸造后采用铝合金T6热处理工艺。通过调整铝合金热处理中主要工艺参数,探索适合YJSW315型双涡轮液力变矩器泵轮的T6热处理工艺,并结合新型的铝合金热处理设备,设计适合生产用的工艺装备,制定出相应的生产工艺规范。对液力变矩器泵轮T6热处理生产工艺进行改进,可保证铸件热处理质量。
