以不同烟草品种(系)云烟87、中烟100、豫烟10号、豫烟11号和8306中部叶片为材料,分析了烟叶成熟过程中质体色素降解和相关酶活性变化及其与烤后烟叶中性致香物质含量的关系。结果表明,在成熟过程中烟叶的质体色素含量呈下降趋势,叶绿素的降解量总体大于类胡萝卜素,且叶绿素a的降解量显著高于叶绿素b。中烟100前期叶绿素合成较多,降解也较为迅速,但成熟后期降解缓慢;豫烟11号成熟期质体色素降解量较大,质体色素降解产物较高。脂氧合酶活性在烟叶成熟过程中呈现先升后降的趋势,且与类胡萝卜素的降解量呈极显著正相关。在不同烟草品种(系)间质体色素降解量及中性致香物质总量均表现为豫烟11号>豫烟10号>8306>中烟100>云烟87,品种间中性致香物质形成与质体色素的最大积累量无关,与质体色素的降解量有关,脂氧合酶活性较高、质体色素降解量大的品种(系)中性致香物质含量较高。

The activity of lipoxygenase increased first and then decreased during maturation of tobacco leaves, and had a significant positive correlation with the degradation of carotenoids. In different tobacco varieties (lines) the amount of plastid pigment degradation and neutral aroma compounds are shown as Yuyou 11> Yuyan 10> 8306> Zhongyan 100> Yunyan 87, a variety of neutral aromatics The formation of plastid pigment has nothing to do with the maximum accumulation, and the degradation of plastid pigment, lipoxygenase activity is higher, plastid pigment degradation of varieties (lines) higher content of neutral aroma.
