目的:对2017年北京市一起疑似输入性基孔肯雅热病例进行处置及分析。方法:对疑似病例进行流行病学调查,采集疑似病例唾液和尿液标本,采用荧光定量PCR方法检测基孔肯雅病毒的核酸。结果:核酸检测结果显示基孔肯雅病毒核酸阳性,证实为输入性病例。指导酒店进行消毒,宣教防控知识。结论:北京有潜在风险,应加强监测。“,”Objective:To manage and analyze an suspected imported Chikungunya fever case in 2017 in Beijing.Methods:Epidemiological investigation was performed on the suspected case. The saliva and urine samples were collected and nucleic acid of Chikungunya fever virus was detected by fluorescent real-time PCR.Results:The results of nucleic acid tests indicated that the nucleic acid of Chikungunya virus was positive, confirming the case to be an imported Chikungunya case. The hotel was instructed for disinfection measures and the knowledge on disease prevention and control was publicized.Conclusions:There was potential risk of Chikungunya fever outbreak in Beijing. The surveillance should be strengthened.
