以东北地区3个主要造林树种2年生苗木的叶为材料,应用目前国内较为先进的ELISA激素测定方法,测定了不同浓度NaCl单盐处理后苗木叶子的脱落酸(ABA)、细胞分裂素(IPA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、赤霉素(GA)四种激素的含量,发现不同树种的同一激素含量及同一树种的不同激素含量均有较大差异。在盐胁迫条件下,激素含量发生变化,随着盐浓度的增加,ABA的含量呈上升趋势,IPA、IAA、GA含量呈下降趋势,当盐浓度增加到一定程度,激素含量变化趋势减弱。提出了在盐逆境条件下,四种激素在提高树木抗盐性的作用。
The leaves of 2-year-old seedlings of 3 main afforestation species in northeastern China were used as materials. ABA, ABA (Abscisic acid, ), IAA (IAA) and gibberellin (GA). The results showed that the same hormone contents in different species and the different hormone contents in the same species were significantly different. Under salt stress, the content of hormone changed. With the increase of salt concentration, the content of ABA increased and the content of IPA, IAA and GA decreased. When the salt concentration increased to a certain extent, the change trend of hormone content weakened. The effect of four hormones on salt resistance of trees was put forward under salt stress conditions.
