采用平板涂布法从青藏高原药用植物甘西鼠尾草Salvia przewalskii中分离内生放线菌24株,以西瓜镰刀病菌Fusarium moniliforme、玉米大斑病菌Helminthosporium turcicum和玉米小斑病菌Bipolaris maydis为靶标菌,采用平板对峙法研究了甘西鼠尾草内生放线菌的抑菌活性。结果显示,共21株内生放线菌对3种靶标菌表现了不同程度的抑菌活性,占分离总数的85.7%。有4株内生放线菌同时对3种靶标菌表现出较明显的抑菌活性。表型鉴定结合16S rDNA系统发育分析初步确定菌株的分类地位全部为链霉菌。表明甘西鼠尾草内生放线菌作为一类新的微生物资源具有很好的开发潜力。
Twenty four strains of endophytic actinomycetes were isolated from the Salvia przewalskii, a medicinal plant in the Tibetan Plateau using plate coating method. The target strains were Fusarium moniliforme, Helminthosporium turcicum and Bipolaris maydis The antibacterial activities of endophytic actinomycetes of S. koraiensis were studied by plate confrontation method. The results showed that a total of 21 strains of endophytic actinomycetes showed different degree of antibacterial activity against three kinds of target bacteria, accounting for 85.7% of the total number of isolates. There are 4 endophytic actinomycetes at the same time on the three kinds of target bacteria showed significant antibacterial activity. Phenotypic identification combined with 16S rDNA phylogenetic analysis initially identified the taxonomic status of all strains of Streptomyces. The results showed that the endophytic actinomycetes of Glycyrrhiza glabra have good potential for development as a new kind of microbial resources.
