According to the Notice of the State Development Planning Commission and the Ministry of Finance on the Second Batch of Tariff Reduction Measures and the State Council’s directive on doing everything possible to increase exports, in order to reduce the burden on enterprises and improve the investment environment, the government decided to reduce the relevant existing Charges for the charges.
