为研究甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗(L-A-1株)口服免疫的免疫原性,114只小白鼠1次口服免疫后1~8周内,每周收集肠洗液和血清样品,用ELISA方法检测特异抗体反应。111只小白鼠检测到阳性抗体反应,阳转率为93.37%。肠洗液S-IgA阳转率高峰在第1和第6周(65%和64%)。血清IgA于第一周未测到,其高峰在第6周(100%)。IgM于第1周即达高峰(88%),IgG于第3周达高峰(88%)。至第8周末,S-IgA维持在40%,IgA、IgM和IgG分别维持在90%,80%和80%。实验结果表明,该疫苗口服免疫后具有良好的免疫原性,可激活小白鼠的局部与全身免疫反应。
To study the immunogenicity of oral immunization of live attenuated Hepatitis A vaccine (L-A-1 strain), enteric wash and serum samples were collected weekly for 1 to 8 weeks after 1 oral immunization of 114 white mice with ELISA method to detect specific antibody response. 111 mice detected positive antibody response, positive conversion rate was 93.37%. Enteropathic S-IgA positive rates peaked at weeks 1 and 6 (65% and 64%). Serum IgA was not detected in the first week, its peak in the first 6 weeks (100%). IgM peaked at week 1 (88%) and IgG peaked at week 3 (88%). By the end of the 8th week, S-IgA remained at 40%, with IgA, IgM and IgG maintained at 90%, 80% and 80%, respectively. The experimental results show that the vaccine has good immunogenicity after oral immunization and can activate the local and systemic immune responses in mice.
