应用植物生长调节剂GA、NAA、6 -BA、PG1和PG2 对水稻浸种育苗进行初步试验 ,在此基础上 ,新研制育秧药 (由不同植物调节剂和杀菌剂及营养物组成 )ZS1 # 、ZS2 # 、ZS3# ,并对水稻进行了浸种、塑盘育秧试验研究 .试验结果表明 :( 1 )用药水稻秧苗假茎粗比对照增加 2 8.9%以上 ;( 2 )用药秧苗根数比对照增加近 1倍 ,白根数比对照增加 94 .9%～ 1 39.7% ;( 3)应用ZS2 # 、ZS3# 增加了水稻秧苗植株分蘖 ;( 4 )用药秧苗干重比对照增加2 0 %以上 ,矮壮指数增加 7.8%～ 35.2 % .ZS育秧药促使壮秧健苗 ,促进秧苗前期生长发育 ,也益于秧苗后期生长 .
Primary application of plant growth regulators GA, NAA, 6-BA, PG1 and PG2 to seed soaking of rice was carried out.
