程国远、吕建华、李文勤在《领导关系效应》一文中指出:由于领导者的素质不相同,因而同样的的权力会产生不同的权力效应。权力效应包括:领导决策效应(决策活动科学性、准确性的结果)、领导方法领导艺术效应、领导机制(机构)效应和领导关系效应。四种效应之和才是领导工作的实际效应,也才是领导才能的全面体现。领导工作中的关系效应,就是领导者在领导活动中运用其与公众的关系所产生的效果。它体现在以下四个方面:一是与上级的关系,二是与横向方面的关系;三是与执行者的关系,四是与领导对象即广大群众的关系。美国著名成人教育家戴尔·卡耐基有一句名言:一个人的成功只有15%是靠他的
