The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is formulated by the open international community of all countries of the world with different social systems, cultural backgrounds and levels of development based on the principle of sovereign equality established by the Charter of the United Nations through consultation. All human rights concepts in all cultures in the world have entered a reasonable part of the Declaration. The diversity of cultural traditions and differences in the human rights perspective make the World Forum on Human Rights full of vigor and vitality. The drafting team worked hard to find a set of human rights norms that guided humankind towards prosperity and building a global community that basically went beyond the differences. Various civilizations, cultures and societies have contributed to the Declaration.
