目的:掌握邹城市免疫规划工作服务水平,探讨“十三五”发展背景下免疫规划机制、措施。方法:对邹城市2014年免疫规划年报表采用综合评价方法进行分析。结果:邹城市从事免疫规划工作人员163人,服务人口配备为1.57人/万,平均年龄36岁,大专及以上学历占64.42%,医师及以上职称占57.06%,平均工作年限9.23年。设立预防接种门诊23处,平均服务半径6.58km、平均服务人口47 287人,数字、示范、规范门诊比11∶6∶6,城区与乡镇门诊比4∶19,覆盖人口城区与乡镇比1∶4.05,门诊按日与按周开诊比19∶4,按日与按周接种覆盖人口比9.86∶1。结论:邹城市预防接种门诊布局、人员结构配置合理,今后需进一步完善和推广数字化预防接种门诊建设、全面推广日接种服务制度、加强业务技术培训指导、充分发挥互联网“+”和微信平台作用。
OBJECTIVE: To grasp the service level of immunization planning in Zoucheng City and to explore the immunization planning mechanism and measures in the context of “13th Five-Year Plan”. Methods: Zoucheng 2014 annual report of immunization program using a comprehensive evaluation method for analysis. Results: There were 163 immunization planning staff members in Zoucheng City. The service population was 1.57 persons / ten thousand, with an average age of 36 years. 64.42% of them had college degree or above, 57.06% of doctors or above, and average working years of 9.23 years. There are 23 outpatient clinics with an average service radius of 6.58km and an average service population of 47287, with figures, demonstrations and standard outpatient ratios of 11:6:6, ratio of urban areas to township clinics of 4:19, coverage of urban population and township ratio of 1: 4.05, outpatient daily and weekly clinics than 19: 4, on a daily basis and weekly coverage of population coverage 9.86: 1. Conclusion: The layout of outpatient vaccination clinic in Zoucheng City is reasonable and its staffing structure is reasonable. In the future, it is necessary to further improve and popularize the construction of digital vaccination clinics, comprehensively promote the daily inoculation service system, strengthen the training of technical and technical guidance, give full play to the Internet and WeChat platform effect.
