对于东部边际产业不能顺利实现向中西部地区进行转移的问题已引起了广大学者的关注,很多学者将此问题称之为“区域产业转移粘性”问题,研究了产业转移粘性的原因和对策,笔者认为对此问题完全用“区域产业转移粘性”进行分析并不恰当,笔者首先对区域产业转移粘性这一概念进行了辨析,并在此基础上对中西部顺利承接产业梯度转移的困境进行了剖析。 Many scholars have referred to this issue as “the problem of viscous transfer of regional industries”, and studied the reasons and countermeasures of the shift of the viscosity of industries, which has attracted the attention of scholars for the problem that the eastern marginal industries can not be successfully transferred to the central and western regions.
