近年来,大量的研究表明以钙磷为主体的羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷具有良好的化学稳定性和生物相容性,是一种安全有效的种植材料。 本文应用傅利叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对正常兔下颌骨以及植入前后的多孔型和致密型羟基磷灰石陶瓷进行动能基的定性分析,从晶体化学的角度,了解种植体植入前后生化成分的变化,从而进一步深入探讨种植体一骨界面结合机理。
In recent years, a large number of studies have shown that calcium phosphate as the main hydroxyapatite biological ceramics with good chemical stability and biocompatibility, is a safe and effective planting material. In this paper, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) was used to characterize the kinetic energy of normal rabbit mandibular and porous and dense hydroxyapatite ceramics before and after implantation. From the perspective of crystallographic chemistry, Biochemical composition changes, so as to further explore the implant-bone interface binding mechanism.
