建立和发展社会主义市场经济,需要强有力的财政监督。健全财政职能,加强财政管理,需要加强财政监督。严肃财经法纪,整顿财税秩序,需要加强财政监督。强化财税干部队伍建设,需要加强财政监督。我国应该研究制订《财政监督法》以及完善各项财政、预算、税收和国有资产管理法律法规,初步建立适应社会主义市场经济需要的财税法律框架和财政监督法律体系,把财政监督工作纳入法制化轨道,使财政监督工作真正做到有法可依,依法办事。
