分析了棒材无模拉伸的变形模型及速度场，采用上限法确定了棒材无模拉伸力能参数计算公式，并从理论上分析了棒材无模拉伸力能参数的影响因素及影响规律．经过实验证明，理论计算结果与实验结果相吻合．
The deformation model and the velocity field of the rod without die tensile are analyzed. The upper bound method is used to determine the formula for calculating the modulus of tensile force of the die without die. The factors affecting the tensile strength of the die are analyzed theoretically And affect the law. After experiments, the theoretical calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental ones.
