随着我国经济的发展时代的进步,教育事业也在不断革新和深化,对于教育事业的发展法制教育开始出现在了历史的舞台,法律教育的重要性开始被人们认可和重视。但是我国在法律教育改革体系上还存在许多问题,理论教育较完善,但是与实际生活剥离问题较严重,这阻碍了中国法律教育的革新。本文通过对于中国法律教育的改革意义出发,分析当前在革新中出现的一些列问题,最后提出相应解救方案。
With the progress of our country’s economic development, educational undertakings are constantly being renovated and deepened. For the development of education, legal education began to appear on the stage of history. The importance of legal education began to be recognized and valued by people. However, there are still many problems in the system of law education reform in our country. The theoretical education is perfect, but the problem of stripping with the actual life is more serious, which hinders the reform of legal education in China. Based on the significance of the reform of legal education in China, this article analyzes some of the current problems in the reform, and finally puts forward the corresponding solutions.
