◆2011年7月,山东省委组织部印发《关于在全省开展“组织部长接受干部约谈”工作的通知》,实现了约谈工作在省、市、县三级组织部门的全覆盖。◆2012年4月,山东省委组织部印发《关于在全省组织系统建立“双向约谈”工作长效机制的意见》,“双向约谈”成为山东党员干部人才队伍建设和管理的一项长效机制。◆截至2012年7月初,山东组织系统已完成“双向约谈”3.4万余人次,其中省委组织部365人次,17市2667人次、140县(市、区)党委组织部27263人次,168个省直、企业、高校4056人次。
