一、背景景观学界曾一度有这样的观点:“学生在校期间就是创意和思路,至于政策法规是工作以后的事,规范是很容易掌握的”。根据笔者对风景园林专业毕业生的不完全调查,很多学生确实连最基本的规范都没有掌握。很多人也根本认为这不是问题,只要毕业后踏入工作岗位,一切迎刃而解,无非花点时间看看规范而已。笔者对此不敢苟同,并且认为正是此种观点,导致我们的现状教育体系对管理的忽视。这样的观点更可能会产生深层次的影响,导致学生 First, the background landscape of the academic community once had such a view: “Students are creative ideas and ideas at school, as the policy and regulations are the work of the future, norms are very easy to grasp ”.
