针对工业产品的结构特点,提出一种基于Geomagic Studio和CATIA的快速模型重构与精度分析方法。利用三维激光扫描仪获得模型数据,通过Geomagic Studio进行数据处理和坐标系对齐,接着导入CATIA中进行基于曲线的曲面重建和基于数据点的曲面最佳拟合造型,深入剖析CATIA中NURBS曲线、曲面构建原理,利用CATIA多工作台混合式建模建立产品的三维数字化模型,并对所重构曲面拟合精度进行分析。实例结果表明:该方法为工业产品创新设计提供了一种新的思路,具有一定的实用和推广价值。
Aiming at the structural characteristics of industrial products, a rapid model reconstruction and precision analysis method based on Geomagic Studio and CATIA is proposed. The model data are obtained by 3D laser scanner, the data processing and coordinate alignment are performed by Geomagic Studio, then the curve-based surface reconstruction and the data point-based surface fitting are introduced into CATIA. The NURBS curve, surface Builds the principle, uses the CATIA multi-table mixed modeling to establish the three-dimensional digital model of the product, and analyzes the reconstructed surface fitting precision. The results of the example show that this method provides a new idea for the innovative design of industrial products, and has certain practical and promotional value.
