本期嘉宾欧姆龙株式会社特别顾问立石信雄1956年3月毕业于日本同志社大学文学部文学科,1962年6月留学美国哥伦比亚大学企业管理学研究院。1959年4月加入日本立石电机销售株式会社,1965年1月就任立石株式会社(现欧姆龙株式会社)董事,1987年就任欧姆龙株式会社代表取缔役副会长,1995年12月就任欧姆龙株式会社会长。2003年6月就任欧姆龙株式会社特别顾问。欧姆龙(中国)集团有限公司总经理皆川泰平1969年3月毕业于日本甲南大学经济学部,1970年6月加入欧姆龙株式会社。先后担任秘书室东京涉外部部长、宣传公关本部涉外部部长、集团宣传公关中心中心长。1996年6月就任欧姆龙集团执行常务董事,2001年3月就任欧姆龙集团广报涉外室室长,2002年4月就任欧姆龙(中国)有限公司总经理。[企业素描] 欧姆龙创建于1933年,是日本一家专门从事自动化产品生产的公司。经过近70年的发展,截至2002年,欧姆龙已成为大型跨国企业,产品品种达几十万种,拥有员工人数达23504人,其中海外相关公司的雇员已达12503人,全球营业额近5350亿日元。1991年,欧姆龙集团在大连设立第一家生产健康医疗器械产品的工厂。2002年4月,欧姆龙在上海成立了仅次于日本总部的中国本社,通过加强知识产权、法律事务、财务管理、IT通讯网络、人力资源、公关宣传等职能,最大限度地支援各事业部门,以确保欧姆龙在中国市场的正常、高速运转,立志在中国创建第二个欧姆龙。
