隶书写得俗与不俗—其实是个很“相对”的话题,主要看作品所处的时代背景。时代坐标不同,审美习尚必然殊异。一个有趣而又发人省思的现象是,今天陆续出土、七彩纷呈、悦目动心的大量民间隶书遗存,在汉唐士大夫阶层看来,也许是不值一哂的。而类如《熹平石经》、《三体石经》等在隶书通行的汉魏时代用以昭示典重、被主流族群目为楷则的作品,依今日审美,反不如那些名不见经传的令史、书佐留下的书迹更具艺术价值。
