用无刺卡因菠萝的冠茅顶端生长点、腋芽和无菌苗基部直接诱导产生不定芽,诱导率分剐为87.2%、72.3%、100%。不定芽经继代培养可得到大量绿苗,繁殖系数达100万倍。已培育出试管苗46万株,大田定植3600株,并已开花结果。织培苗具有原品种的遗传性,可应用于生产。研究了简化育苗程序和降低组培苗生产成本的技术措施。
Adventitious buds were induced directly on the top of the crown of the pineapple with pineapple, and axillary buds and basal parts of the sterile seedlings. The induction rate was 87.2%, 72.3% and 100%, respectively. Adventitious buds can be obtained by subculturing a large number of green seedlings, breeding coefficient of 1 million times. 460,000 test-tube seedlings have been bred and 3,600 have been planted in fields, and the result has already been flowered. Weaving seedlings with the original varieties of hereditary, can be applied to the production. The technical measures of simplifying the seedling raising procedure and reducing the production cost of tissue culture seedlings were studied.
