计算技术是当今信息社会的主要技术,初中计算机教学主要是为了让学生初步掌握计算机的基本操作并且能熟练地运用于生活之中。而提升学生熟练掌握计算机技能的核心就是教师。但是初中信息技术课程的教学模式还存在着许多的不足,为了提高初中信息技术教学水平,就必须要求我们去打造一支技能技术过硬的计算机教师队伍,所以在提升计算机教师的职业能力同时,必须要采取行之有效的方法和策略。对于初中计算机教师的培训应该制订出培训的目标和具体策略,做到时间的合理安排。
