本文详述装有废热利用回路的新型燃气轮机装置产生低温腐蚀的情况。文中剖析了装置燃用不含硫燃料时,湿度d、露点与空气过剩系数a的关系。经分析计算,作者得出结论:燃烧不含硫燃料时,受热面最低温度应高于50~60℃;燃烧含硫燃料时,最低壁温不应低于110~140℃;为减少腐蚀,必须采取措施降低燃烧室入口处空气的湿度和盐份。
This article details the low-temperature corrosion of a new gas turbine plant equipped with a waste heat recovery circuit. The paper analyzes the relationship between the humidity d, the dew point and the air excess coefficient a when the device is burning without sulfur fuel.
