落实好强农惠农政策,加强强农惠农资金的监督管理,对于维护农民切身利益,加强和改进“三农”工作具有十分重要的意义。涉农资金金额较大,涉及类目较多,需要健全完善的管理体系将其管好用好。当前,涉农资金的监管还存在一些亟待解决的问题,如项目管理存在盲区、落实项目管理不严格、查处不得力等。对此,就完善涉农资金监管提出如下对策建议。(一)整合涉农资金,落实责任主体。长期以来,我国都特别重视农业方面资金投入,涉农资金种类不断增多,
