大区域分布的缓薄矿床是一特殊的开采对象,其井田长度的最优划分是研究较少的技术经济问题。以鄂西官店铁矿为研究对象,在满足安全生产的前提下,以降低矿石生产成本,保证经济效益最大化为原则,采用有限方案比较法,探讨了井田最优长度划分问题。研究中分别对井田长度500,1000,1500和2000 m 4种方案的开拓工程成本、矿石运输成本、通风费用、排水费用等进行了分析比较。结果表明,井田长度1000 m为最优长度,该结论对类似矿床开采有一定借鉴意义。
The thinly-distributed deposits distributed in large areas are a special object of mining. The optimal division of the length of the minefield is a problem of less techno-economic research. Taking the iron ore in Guandian, Hubei Province as the research object, under the premise of meeting the requirements of safety production, in order to reduce the ore production cost and ensure the maximum economic benefit, the optimal length division of the mine field was discussed by the finite comparison method. In the study, the open-pit project cost, ore transportation cost, ventilation cost, drainage cost, etc. of 4 schemes of 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 m of minefield length were respectively analyzed and compared. The results show that the length of the mine field is 1000 m and the conclusion is of some reference to the exploitation of similar deposits.
