热轧生产线的特征是缓存区以长度空间为约束的制造系统,是制造过程中同时改变上下游缓存区状态的Tim e-critical实时系统和混合动态复杂系统.为发掘制造系统的最大生产能力,文中以Petri网为建模工具,研究热轧生产线的静态最优节奏控制和基于实测参数的状态重构监控技术.状态重构方法及其节奏修正方法对于线性构件串行制造系统具有普遍意义,且是实际制造系统特别是高风险系统既保证效率又兼顾安全的实用监控方案.
The hot rolling production line features a manufacturing system constrained by the length of the buffer zone and a Tim e-critical real-time system and a hybrid dynamic complex system that simultaneously change the upstream and downstream buffer zones during manufacturing. In order to explore the maximum production capacity of manufacturing system, Petri nets are taken as the modeling tool to study the static optimal tempo control of hot rolling production line and state reconfiguration monitoring technology based on measured parameters. The state reconfiguration method and its cadence correction method are of universal significance to the linear component serial manufacturing system, and are practical monitoring programs that ensure the efficiency and safety while actually manufacturing systems, especially high-risk systems.
