城市集中供热,是城市建设的一个组成部分。积极发展城市集中供热事业,是把城市变成清浩、卫生、环境优美、生活方便、实现城市现代化的一项重要措施。最近,国务院在有关节能指示中明确规定:今后,新建工业区和住宅区,应由当地人民政府负责组织有关部门作好规划和设计,实行集中供热。因此,发展城市集中供热应作为节约能源,建设现代化城市的一条重要的技术政策,认真研究,逐步加以解决。
Centralized urban heating is an integral part of urban construction. Actively developing the urban centralized heating business is an important measure to turn the city into a Qing Hao, health, beautiful environment, convenient life, and modernization of the city. Recently, the State Council has stipulated clearly in the relevant energy-saving directives: In the future, the newly-built industrial and residential areas should be organized by local people’s governments to organize relevant departments to make plans and designs and implement centralized heating. Therefore, the development of urban central heating should be an important technical policy for energy conservation and the construction of a modern city. It should be carefully studied and gradually resolved.
