青岛冷藏厂是山东省食品进出口公司的直属企业,主要担负出口水产品和冷冻食品的出口中转任务。有3个加工车间,年总加工能力为5千吨;有两座大型冷库,库容量2万吨,年吞吐量7—10万吨。我厂企业升级工作是在贯彻经贸部企业整顿和工业普查的基础上开展起来的。企业升级是一项复杂的系统工程,从哪儿着手呢,我们在实践中体会到,抓管理,上等级,关键是要抓住体制改革这个中心
Qingdao Refrigerated Factory is a direct subsidiary of the Shandong Provincial Food Import and Export Corporation and is mainly responsible for the export transfer tasks of exporting aquatic products and frozen foods. There are 3 processing workshops, with an annual processing capacity of 5,000 tons; there are two large cold storages with a storage capacity of 20,000 tons and an annual throughput of 710,000 tons. The upgrading of our company’s enterprises was carried out on the basis of the implementation of the enterprise reorganization and industrial survey conducted by the Ministry of Economics and Trade. Enterprise upgrading is a complex system project. Where to start, we understand in practice, grasp management, and upgrade the hierarchy. The key is to seize the center of system reform.
