圆柱壳广泛应用于航天、船舶、土建、化工、机械等行业中,其屈曲问题一直是固体力学和结构工程领域研究的热点之一。本文研究了圆柱壳在工程中的一种应用形式——压力管道的屈曲问题。通过分析工作阶段和非工作阶段的屈曲性能,得出以下主要结论:首先管道在非工作状态有较高的强度储备;其次特征值临界载荷远远高于非线性临界载荷;第三,随着管道内压的增加特征值临界载荷随之增大,而非线性临界载荷会随之减小。
Cylindrical shells are widely used in aerospace, shipbuilding, civil engineering, chemical engineering, machinery and other industries. The buckling problem has always been one of the hot topics in the fields of solid mechanics and structural engineering. In this paper, a kind of application of cylindrical shell in engineering is studied-the buckling problem of pressure pipe. The main conclusions are as follows: first, the pipeline has a higher strength reserve in non-working state; secondly, the critical load of eigenvalue is much higher than that of non-linear critical load; thirdly, Increasing the internal pressure of the pipe increases the critical load of eigenvalue, while the nonlinear critical load decreases.
