经过7年的发展,作为广东省东莞市首批社会工作服务机构之一的东莞市普惠社会工作服务中心(以下简称普惠),已成为拥有1000多名员工,服务涵盖司法、学校、企业、新莞人、社区等领域的大型综合性机构。快速的服务领域扩展和工作团队增长,让机构管理能力面临很大的挑战。在探索完善服务管理机制中,普惠重新调整了组织架构,研究与评估委员会应运而生,其以全新的理念和方法,贯穿于服务源头、服务开展到服务产出成效全过程,并涉及机构部门管理和服务模式推广,为机构服务管理机制注入新动力。
