我们于1977—1980年对水稻杂交种及其三系种子的外部形态特征、不同温度发芽特性、抗热性、芽鞘和中茎伸长特性等方面进行试验,现将结果摘要如下:(一)水稻杂交种与其不育系和保持系的种子外部形态特征没有差异,但其与恢复系有明显的差异,可从外部形态特征加以区别。(二)杂交种在适温条件下比不育系和保持系发芽快,发芽率高,表现出杂种优势。(三)杂交种经高温(70℃) 处理后,其发芽率较不育系和保持系为高,具有较强的抗热性。(四)杂交种在黑暗条件下芽鞘和中茎的伸长比不育系和保持系较长,具有极显著的差异,可用于鉴别杂交种与不育系和保持系种子。
In 1977-1980, we conducted experiments on the external morphological characteristics of rice hybrids and their three-line seed, germination characteristics at different temperatures, heat resistance, elongation characteristics of bud sheath and mid stem, and summarized the results as follows: ) There was no difference in the external morphological characteristics between the hybrids and their male sterile lines and maintainer lines, but they differed significantly from the restoring lines and could be distinguished from the external morphological features. (B) hybrids in germplasm conditions faster than the sterile and maintainer germination fast, high germination rate, showing heterosis. (C) after hybrids treated with high temperature (70 ℃), the germination rate is higher than the sterile lines and maintainer lines, with strong heat resistance. (D) Hybrids in the dark conditions, the sheath and stem elongation than the sterile and maintainer lines longer, with very significant differences, can be used to identify hybrids and sterile lines and maintainers of the seed.
