随着国家对售电侧体制改革措施的逐步实施,售电业务的逐步放开,这将是国内首度对售电领域市场进行的变革,意味着电网统购统销的模式正在逐渐破冰,供电企业面临的竞争将日趋激烈,供电企业的营销管理也将面临更多的机遇和挑战。这就要求供电企业必须加强营销管理工作,改进管理方法,创新管理理念,用新的理念指导营销工作的有效开展,更好的拓宽用电客户范围,提升供电营销服务质量,为供电企业的稳步发展提供牢固的基础。因此如何有效的提升供电营销管理工作,完善营销管理体系,使之更好地为企业发展做贡献,已经成为重要课题。
