余杭区瓶窑镇成人文化技术学校承担着瓶窑镇5.7万常住人口和3万外来人员的各类教育培训任务。学校的办公教学设施设备齐全,能满足教师的办公和学员培训的需要。现有专职教师14人,其中中学高级教师6人,中学一级教师8人。学校根据工作特点设立了“农民素质教育办公室”、“社区教育办公室”和“业余学历教育办公室”三个办公室,每个办公室落实相应的工作职责,负责制定各类培训计划,开展各类教育培训工作。
