生产制造业的迅猛发展导致产品和废弃产品数量急剧增长。废弃产品如果得不到有效处理,会造成资源短缺和环境污染等问题。文章提出一种由企业承担废弃产品回收处理成本责任的闭环供应链模式,并建立了该模式的线性规划模型,通过算例仿真将该模式与传统正向物流供应链进行供应链总成本的对比,验证了基于企业社会责任的闭环供应链模式的可行性与有效性。该模式以基于企业社会责任的视角对供应链进行运营优化,使总的供应链成本达到最低,在保证经济效益的同时减少产品对环境的污染。
The rapid development of manufacturing industry led to a sharp increase in the number of products and waste products. Abandoned products can not be effectively dealt with, resulting in problems of resource shortage and environmental pollution. The paper proposes a closed-loop supply chain model in which enterprises bear the responsibility for the cost of recycling waste products, and establishes a linear programming model of the model. By comparing the model with the total supply chain cost of traditional forward logistics supply chain , Verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of a closed-loop supply chain model based on corporate social responsibility. The model optimizes the operation of the supply chain based on the perspective of corporate social responsibility, minimizes the total supply chain costs and reduces the environmental pollution caused by the products while ensuring economic efficiency.
