宽宏大量,作为性格上的特征,指的是一个人对他人的不同需求、认识、兴趣、爱好、性格、气质和过错,甚至是伤害到自己利益的言行,都能从大局和长远出发,予以宽容,不予计较的比较稳定的对现实的态度和习惯化的行为方式。生活中,经常发现,一些成功的领导者往往肚量宏大,能容下各种逆耳之言、逆眼之行。还有,在一些文章和领导言论中,也常见到“领导干部要宽宏大量”的文字。这表明,领导者宽宏大量对完成其职责有积极地作用。为了让更多的领导者认识到这种作用,并在工作中自觉地宽以待人,笔者就这一问题谈一下自己的认识和看法。
